Bankruptcy & Suspension of Debt Repayment (PKPU)

AMLAW endeavors to provide our clients the best legal solution and represent them throughout the process of Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Repayment (“PKPU”). AMLAW has experience in representing creditors and debtors in Bankruptcy and PKPU cases from various industries, inter alia, telecommunication, real estate, trading, mining, and oil and gas with debt ranging from thousands of USD to in excess of a hundred million USD. Our team has a deep knowledge of Law No. 37/2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU and is accustomed to interpreting it in both Commercial Court and Supreme Court. Our partners, Amanda Anggita and Christopher Jouwena are licensed bankruptcy receivers and administrators, registered at the Ministry of Laws and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia, and are members of the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).

Oil and Gas

Intellectual Property Rights

AMLAW provides legal services in relation with the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (“IP Rights”), particularly for trademarks and patents. AMLAW has experience in assisting clients on the registrations and administrative processes at the Directorate General of IP Rights.
